Endolla Barcelona strengthens its interoperable network with fourteen e-mobility operators

Endolla Barcelona is continuing to expand its interoperability strategy. Following the addition of Spirii in May, the network is now working with fourteen e-mobility operators and platforms, giving users access to more charging points and an easier charging experience.
Interoperability is one of the cornerstones of electric mobility. It allows drivers to access charging points managed by different operators through the mobile app they already use, without having to create new accounts or download additional apps. This model simplifies charging and helps remove barriers to access, making the process more convenient and intuitive.
With the addition of Spirii, Endolla Barcelona is continuing to expand a collaborative ecosystem that supports a more open, connected mobility model tailored to users’ needs. Users can now access the Endolla network through fourteen different platforms: Electromaps, Etecnic, New Motion (Shell), Iberdrola, Wenea, Zunder, Repsol, Letmecharge, Telpark, Coves, Chargepoint (Has to be), Plugsurfing, Monta and Spirii.

Greater interoperability for a better user experience

Interoperability aims to put users first. Being able to find a charging point, start a charging session or check its status through a single app simplifies the process and increases the popularity of electric vehicles.
This flexibility is particularly important at a time when there are more operators, apps and mobility services than ever before. An open network gives drivers greater freedom and allows them to access the full potential of the available infrastructure, regardless of the platform they use.
Interoperability also helps increase the visibility of charging points and makes them easier to use, contributing to a more integrated and efficient charging experience.

A network ready for the growth of electric mobility

The expansion of interoperability agreements reflects developments in the electric mobility market. As the number of electric vehicles continues to grow, so too does the need for accessible, reliable and user-friendly charging infrastructure.
In this context, Endolla Barcelona is working to build an increasingly connected network that can adapt to new forms of mobility and provide a high-quality service to a growing number of users.
With fourteen interoperable operators, the network is strengthening its position as one of the most accessible and open public charging systems. The addition of Spirii furthers this progress and reinforces a strategy aimed at making charging easier, encouraging the uptake of electric vehicles and contributing to a more sustainable urban mobility model.
