The public recharging network Endolla Barcelona continues to further its interoperability strategy with the addition of Monta as a new operator. The move strengthens the network’s position as one of the most accessible and connected electric mobility infrastructures.
🔌Unrestricted access to recharging points
Endolla Barcelona has allowed users of their electric mobility platforms to locate, activate and manage its recharging points using their usual apps since March 2022, with no additional registers. With the addition of Monta, the network further strengthens its commitment to a more accessible service adapted to users’ real needs.
📱Interoperability: a key factor in user experience
Interoperability allows users to locate, activate and manage recharging using a single app. This simplifies the process and facilitates the adoption of electric vehicles, particularly for new users.
The network currently includes operators such as Iberdrola, Repsol, ChargePoint, Plugsurfing and other key stakeholders in the sector.
📈An expanding recharging network
The steady opening up of the network has increased the use of recharging points and consolidated a more scalable and flexible model. This evolution reflects the need to adapt to a mobility ecosystem undergoing constant transformation.
🌱Towards more connected electric mobility
With this new addition, Endolla Barcelona strengthens its role in the transition to sustainable mobility. Interoperability is a strategic factor in guaranteeing infrastructures prepared for the future, based on connectivity and collaboration among operators.
